Job Description

We are looking for an Tax Accountant to join our team at . The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
Handling GST compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliation
Responding to Income Tax and GST notices
Assisting in tax audits and statutory compliance
Maintaining proper documentation and working papers
Coordinating with clients for data collection and clarifications
Keeping track of due dates and ensuring timely filing

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT & GST filing
Good knowledge of Income Tax Act & GST Law
Hands-on experience with filing portals and tools
Ability to handle work independently
Strong attention to detail and deadline management

Preferred Skills

Experience in an audit firm will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge of TDS, ROC, and other compliances
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
