Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of accounting experience and possess sound knowledge of accounting processes, taxation compliance, and invoicing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.

• Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.

• Support GST-related compliance and coordinate for audits, as required.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in accounting entries and reporting.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data management, and reporting.

• Working knowledge of E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill generation.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Com graduate from a recognized university.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions.

• Familiarity with accounting software and GST compliance will be an added advantage.
