Job Title: Accountant

Required Candidate: Only Male

Preferred: Candidates residing near Jagraon, Ludhiana Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain and update general ledger, journal entries, and chart of accounts.

• Manage accounts payable: vendor invoices, verification, payments, and reconciliation.

• Manage accounts receivable: billing, collections, customer accounts.

• Daily bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash & fund flow.

• Month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

• Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements.

• GST: input/output reconciliation, returns filing, audits.

• Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities

• Process monthly payroll with deductions & benefits.

• Handle advances, loans, and reimbursements.

• Final settlement for resigned employee.

Required Skill & Experience:

• Should have knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally ERP 9

• Minimum 3 Year Experience
