Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, ensure tax compliance, and support business cash flow management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST regulations, taxation, and hands-on experience with Tally and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Maintain records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and file GST returns, reconciliation, and ensure GST compliance.

• Handle taxation matters, including TDS, advance tax, and statutory compliances.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, fund planning, and expense tracking.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial statements.

• Generate MIS reports, monthly financial reports, and management reports.

• Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

• Coordinate with auditors, CA, and regulatory authorities when required.

• Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Understanding of cash flow management and financial reporting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Real estate / Construction (RMC) Accounting (if applicable).

• Knowledge of TALLY PRIME and financial software.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
