We are looking for an Accountant Manager to join our team at Oriental Integrated Facility Management Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹40000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact between client and internal operations teams.
Manage end-to-end facility services including housekeeping, security, technical & support staff deployment.
Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly as per SLA / Scope of Work.
Handle manpower planning, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and staffing requirements.
Monitor service quality through regular inspections and reporting.
Coordinate with HR/Recruitment for timely manpower replacement & onboarding.
Manage payroll coordination: salary inputs, PF/ESIC, compliance documentation.
Handle client billing, invoice submission & payment follow-ups.
Maintain strong customer relationship and ensure high client satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and share with the client.
Address complaints, incidents, and grievances with quick resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms & company policies.
Conduct periodic meetings with client and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Support business growth through contract extensions, additional services & service improvements.
Vendor management for consumables, uniforms, and required materials.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
