Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of entries
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monthly financial records
• Monitor and report on financial transactions and discrepancies
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Advise on cost efficiency, budgeting, and financial planning
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred)
• Proven work experience as an Accountant (2+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting compliance
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
