What You Will Do

Daily Accounts Work

Maintain all accounts in Tally on a daily basis
Handle payments to vendors and raise invoices to clients
Do bank reconciliation every month
Manage petty cash and keep proper vouchers and records

GST and Tax Work

File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B every month without fail
File annual GST return GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
Calculate and deposit TDS every month
File TDS returns quarterly (Form 26Q, 24Q)
Coordinate with our CA for advance tax and income tax filing
Handle PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliance

Audit Work

Coordinate with statutory auditor and tax auditor
Keep all schedules and documents ready before audit
Answer audit queries and make corrections as needed

Salary and Banking

Process monthly salary on time
Handle all bank transfers, NEFT/RTGS
Coordinate with bank for any requirements

Who We Are Looking For

B.Com or M.Com graduate; CA Inter or CMA Inter is a plus
Minimum 10 years of accounts experience
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
Must know Tally ERP well
Should know Excel — basic formulas, pivot tables
Should be able to handle work on their own without being told every day
