Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a desire to grow within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and invoice processing.

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

• Help with filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (if applicable).

• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and documentation.

• Assist during audits and financial reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Internship or training in accounting/finance.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation basics.
