We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage client relationships and handle day-to-day accounts operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between the company and its clients, ensuring satisfaction through efficient communication and accurate financial management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Address client inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, project progress, and service performance.
Support client onboarding and contract renewals.
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and prepare financial summaries.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements or reports.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and financial institutions as needed.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in client servicing and/or accounts management.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
