Job Description

manage daily financial transactions, including sales/purchase invoicing, inventory management, bank reconciliation, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting: Perform day-to-day entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments within BUSY software.
Compliance & Tax: Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A reconciliation.
Inventory & Documentation: Maintain stock records and inventory using BUSY. Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software is compulsory.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and statutory compliance.
- Experience: Generally 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for manufacturing or trading inventory backgrounds.
- Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel.
