Job Description
- Create & maintain balance sheet
- Manage account statements
- Record daily revenue & other numbers
Work and Responsibilities
Regular Shipment Booking Data Entry in Excel or Software
Regular booking data match with shipment Booking employee
Process and verify invoices from Forwarding Company and vendors.
Track due dates and ensure timely payments.
Generate and send customer invoices.
Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries
Client Regular MIS preparation and Mail
Regular Booking Shipment Track and Update website shipment status
Regular Shipment Booking Data Entry in Excel or Software
Regular booking data match with shipment Booking employee
