Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting functions and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance)

• Handling GST compliance, including return preparation and filing

• GST Reconciliation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B)

• Handling TDS compliance, including return preparation, filing, and reconciliation

• Managing day-to-day accounting processes and ledger scrutiny

• Preparation and analysis of Cash Flow Statements

• Bank reconciliation and monitoring cash and fund flow

• Coordination with auditors and internal teams for audits and compliance

• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Hands-on experience in Financial Statement preparation

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar ERP)

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
