Assistant Accountant

Language Required: Kannada, English

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in maintaining books of accounts, including vouchers, invoices, and bills

· Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately

· Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger verification

· Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records

· Support statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other filings (if applicable)

· Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required

· Use MS Excel for data entry, reports, and reconciliation
