Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager (Accounts & Finance) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s complete accounting operations, including bookkeeping, cash flow management, GST filings, compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires strong expertise in Tally, ERP systems, and statutory accounting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Maintain and update all financial records in Tally and ERP systems.
Prepare cash flow statements, monitor daily fund flow, and manage working capital efficiently.
Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.
Handle bank reconciliations, vendor and customer account reconciliations.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Manage payroll accounting, expense tracking, and petty cash.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance management.
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and other ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / etc.).
In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and team management ability.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Experience in managing accounts for manufacturing, service, or trading industry.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and cost control analysis.
Exposure to audit coordination and financial planning.
