JOB DESCRIPTION : Account Executive

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com / CA Inter preferred).

2.2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:•

1.Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally / SAP / QuickBooks / ERP).

2.Manage accounts payable and receivable — invoicing, vendor payments, and collections.

3.Prepare journal entries, debit/credit notes, and ensure accurate documentation.

4.Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations regularly.

5.Maintain petty cash and monitor daily cash flow.

6.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

7.Support internal and statutory audits by providing required schedules and documents.

8.Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

9.Prepare and submit tax returns and support external consultants/auditors.

10.Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payment and billing queries.

11.Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions.

12.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

13.Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives in the finance function.

Technical Skills:

1.Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / SAP / QuickBooks / ERP).

2.Strong command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

3.Good understanding of accounting standards and principles.

4.Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.
