Accountant

About the Company:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Maintain day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

·        Prepare and manage vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.

·        Record all financial transactions accurately in Tally / ERP system.

·        Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

·        Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.

·        Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·        Support statutory audits and ensure proper documentation of financial data.

·        Calculate GST, TDS, and other tax-related liabilities and ensure timely filing of returns.

·        Maintain ledgers and monitor cash flow management.

·        Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial clarity and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·        Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / MS Excel / Accounting Software.

·        Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic statutory compliance.

·        Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

·        Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

·        Team player with a proactive and responsible approach.

Qualification & Experience:

·        Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·        Minimum 3–7 years of proven accounting experience.

·        Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

·        Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP, MS Excel, etc.).

·        Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

·        Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Days & Timings:

·        Days: Monday to Saturday

·        Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation:

·        Salary: As per industry standards and experience level.
