Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Accountant for our Chennai office. Key responsibilities include:

• Invoicing and e-way bill generation

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records in line with accounting standards

• Managing accounts payable & receivable

• Supporting operations & management on day-to-day finance activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accountant in a Ship Chandling/Marine Supply company

• Strong knowledge of invoicing, GST compliance, and e-way bill preparation

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

• Candidates residing near Mannady / Parrys / Tondiarpet / Washermenpet / Kasimedu (Chennai) will be given preference
