Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly Budget Preparation

Verification of Sales & Purchase Files

Bank Reconciliation

TDS/TCS Calculation, Reporting & Payments

GST Compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A Reconciliation)

GST Payments and Annual Return (GSTR-9)

PF & ESI Payments and Return Filing

Salary Sheet Posting and Payroll Accounting

TDS/TCS Return Filing and Documentation

Issuing and Collecting TDS Certificates

Advance Tax Payment

GST LUT Compliance

Income Tax Return Documentation and Filing

Finalization of Balance Sheet

Daily Accounting Entries and Updates

Billing & E-Way Bill Management

Compliance under Factories Act, LWF, and Minimum Wages Act

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com

3–6 Years of Experience in Accounting & Taxation

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, PF & ESI

Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
