Accountant

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, P&L accounts, and cash flow statements.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

• Prepare MIS reports and support management in financial planning and budgeting.

• Monitor expense records, vendor payments, and receivables follow-ups.

• Implement and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and controls.

• Support in payroll processing and related compliance.

• Provide financial data analysis to aid decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and taxation.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
