JOB Description 

 Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Accounts process, Payroll handling , verifying data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve accounts and data maintenance.

• Provide support for audits related to Bills.

• Communicate with vendors , take follow up.

• Calculation of salary properly and timely payments of Bills .

• Maintain accurate accounts records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner..

•  Bill payments , cheques and cash Management and checking in-outwards materials.

• Vendors co-ordination, follow ups, vendor management and development.

• Sales and purchase data management. 

• Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.

• Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
