Job Description – Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally , including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Verify purchase and sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, and supplier accounts.
Prepare customer outstanding, receivables ageing, and supplier payable reports.
Track overdue payments and coordinate with the sales team for collections.
Assist with GST reconciliation, input tax credit verification, and statutory compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain store-wise accounting records and reconcile retail and distribution transactions.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updating of financial records.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Com graduate preferred.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
