Job Title: Accountant (Third Party Contract)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations at our Manesar location. The candidate will be appointed on a third party contract and will support financial record keeping, compliance, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day to day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Handle purchase and sales entries in the accounting system
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Assist in GST working and statutory compliance
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare basic MIS reports as required
• Support during audits and internal reviews
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software
• Good understanding of GST and taxation basics
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience:
Freshers can apply. Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in accounting will be preferred.
