Job description:

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

• Handle Tally entries, voucher posting, and ledger maintenance.

• Manage GST filings, returns, and related documentation.

• Maintain petty cash and ensure timely settlements.

• Prepare and update Excel reports, MIS statements, and reconciliations.

• Assist with accounts payable/receivable activities.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP

• Strong knowledge of GST filing and accounting basics

• Good command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
