📌 Job Summary
The accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. This role supports strategic decision-making by providing timely and reliable financial insights.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Financial Transactions & Bookkeeping
Record daily financial transactions with accuracy and transparency
Maintain ledgers for accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Report on financial health, liquidity, and operational efficiency
Compliance & Audits
Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards
Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports
Support internal and external audits with required documentation
Operational Support
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
Assist in financial approvals and documentation workflows
Maintain confidentiality and backup of financial data
