Core Responsibilities
Sales Accounting: Record daily sales invoices, track customer payments, and monitor outstanding accounts receivable.
Purchase Management: Process vendor bills, cross-verify purchase orders (POs) with delivery notes, and prepare accounts payable schedules.
Ledger Maintenance: Post and balance daily journal entries to maintain clean general ledgers.
Banking Operations: Assist with routine bank reconciliations and verify cash/digital transaction logs.
Document Control: Organize and archive physical and digital financial records, vouchers, and tax invoices for audit readiness.
