Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Real Estate paperwork and documentation to handle financial and property-related accounting work.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle booking entries
Manage property sale agreements, allotment letters & payment schedules
Prepare invoices, receipts & payment vouchers
Handle GST, TDS & tax compliance
Bank reconciliation & cash flow management
Maintain client ledger & builder payment records
Coordinate with CA for audits & financial finalization

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years experience as Accountant
Real estate industry experience preferred
