• Audit: Conduct Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits; maintain organized audit documentation.

• Bookkeeping: Supervise or execute day-to-day accounting for a diverse client portfolio.

• Secretarial: Handle ROC filings, MCA compliance, and drafting of Board Minutes/Resolutions.
