Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and ERP/Tally systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliations

• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Process vendor bills, payments, and customer receipts

• Manage GST compliance:

  • GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

  • GST input credit reconciliation

• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing

• Assist in PF, ESIC, and payroll accounting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government departments

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory laws

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Accounting Software

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management

• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter (preferred)

• Relevant accounting certification is an added advantage

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting & taxation

• Experience in manufacturing / trading / service industry preferred

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
