Accounts Executive is responsible for managing company's day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This role will report to a Head of Finance.
Job Location : Okhla Phase III, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Maintenance: Record and maintain all daily business transactions,including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts using software like Tally
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor payments, generate customer invoices, and monitor overdue accounts to ensure healthy cash flow.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements daily or monthly to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Tax Compliance: Help prepare and file various tax returns, including GST, VAT, and
TDS, ensuring all filings are accurate and on time.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for both internal and
external audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is standard.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions), G-Suite, Google spreadsheets and accounting software such as Tally ERP
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting to prevent costly errors.
