Reporting to: Assistant General Manager / CFO - Accounts (KSCA)

Desired Qualification & Experience: Must be a commerce graduate with 3 years of experience

Role: Assist immediate supervisor with accounts related duty in KSCA Responsibilities

a. Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable

b. Assist in purchase orders

c. Preparing monthly budgeting tasks

d. Preparing financial reports on a regular basis

e. Payment of travel related allowance (Match, daily allowance etc)

f. Preparing bank reconciliations

g. Entering financial information into appropriate software programs

h. Preparing company ledgers

i. Preparing business expenses

j. Coordinating internal and external audits

k. Preparing balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies

l. Preparing bank deposits

m. Running day-to-day transactions

n. Transaction related to tender
