Job Description

We are a founder-run creative studio operating two fashion labels — Evam (contemporary everyday wear) and Memsahib (craft-led couture) — and a production company, FCS Studios, that handles brand shoots, ad film production, OTT and streaming content, and event activations. We are bootstrapped, expanding fast, and we run lean. Every person here owns their domain completely.

We are looking for one exceptional person to own the financial, operational, and administrative backbone across all three verticals. This is not an accountant role with admin on the side. This is a Business Operations Manager who is strong in accounts — someone who can hold the money, the systems, the people, and the vendors together so the founders can focus on building.
