Job Description

Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely updating of financial transactions.
Manage daily accounting activities including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other business-related payments.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
Maintain and reconcile GST records and support statutory compliance requirements.
Generate periodic MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
Ensure proper maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial documentation.
Work extensively on Tally and Petpooja software for accounting and reporting activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks, and vendors for smooth financial operations.
