Job Function and Key Responsibilities➢ Provide strategic direction to the Managing Director on financial investments and identifying, analyzing business opportunities.➢ Monitoring the financials of all new projects undertaken by the company and provide variance analysis between actual versus budgets and providing suitable financial guidance.➢ Demonstrate ability, expertise and the experience of setting up Finance policies and processes that may be required from time to time.➢ Responsible to analyze the financial aspects with regards to Business Goals and Projects, for Top management.➢ Responsible for all Statutory and Secretarial compliances, Accounting and Finance processes.➢ Responsible for Fund Management, Budgeting and forecasting which include determination of product /divisional / locational profitability.➢ Responsible for working capital management.➢ Responsible to evaluate new projects and to provide an opinion on the financial viability to these projects, assessment of funding requirements, preparing cash flow projections and other reports to enable decision-making.➢ Responsible for review of all agreements, contracts, licensing and all other legal agreements.➢ Responsible to train, supervise and motivate the Accounting Staff to ensure maximum productivity.➢ Responsible to consolidate Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow.➢ Responsible for Interface with Indian government tax authorities.➢ Responsible to manage the performance and career aspirations of the people in the team.Besides the above the incumbent must have:-• A positive attitude with a proactive approach.• Excellent presentation and communication skills.• Excellent leadership skills and behaviour in order to guide team members to contribute effectively to goal achievement.• High level of orientation for achieving results.• Well-developed interpersonal skills to motivate members so that they develop business skills of planning, organizing, analysis, decision making in order to create and seize opportunities to further the business.• Passion for personal growth through performance.
