Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and financial records for multiple clients. The role requires hands-on accounting experience in a CA firm environment and familiarity with statutory compliances.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for clientsPreparation and finalization of books of accountsGST compliances including:GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliationE-way bills and basic GST notices supportBank reconciliation statements (BRS)Ledger scrutiny and balance confirmationsAssisting in preparation of:Trial Balance, P&L, Balance SheetWorking papers for audit and tax filingsTDS compliance:TDS entries, returns, challans, Form 16/16ACoordination with seniors, clients, and departmentsMaintaining proper documentation and client recordsRequired Skills & KnowledgePractical knowledge of accounting principlesStrong understanding of GST and TDS basicsExperience with accounting software (Tally / Tally Prime preferred)MS Excel working knowledge (VLOOKUP, reconciliation)Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlinesGood communication and coordination skillsPreferred Candidate ProfileExperience in a CA firm is strongly preferredExposure to audits, income tax returns, or ROC compliances is an advantageWillingness to learn and grow in a professional environmentWhat We OfferExposure to diversified clients and industriesLearning-oriented CA firm environmentCareer growth and skill developmentCompetitive remuneration based on experience
