About the Role

Mayabini Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

• Handle Tally/Accounting software, ledger posting and journal entries.

• Prepare sales and purchase invoices, vouchers and payment records.

• Manage GST-related accounting and documentation, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B coordination.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper bank records.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Track customer payments, outstanding balances and vendor payments.

• Maintain proper documentation of expenses, bills and supporting documents.

• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.

• Coordinate with CA/accounting firms for GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of company expenses and transactions.

• Support management with accounting reports and financial information.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.

• 1–4 years of experience in accounting.

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel and basic accounting principles.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

• Good communication and organisational skills.
