Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements such as Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
Use accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems for financial data management.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B/ TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) and
challan Payment / Reconcile bank statements
