Job Description: Account & Tax Executive / Junior Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Account & Tax Executive / Junior Executive. This position offers comprehensive hands-on exposure across direct/indirect taxation, corporate compliance, payroll management, and financial audit.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Accounting & Financial Reporting:

  • Day-to-day book-keeping, tallying accounts, and handling ledger scrutinies.

  • Maintaining columnar petty cash records and monthly bank reconciliations.

• Direct & Indirect Taxation:

  • Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GST reconciliations.

  • Calculation and filing of Income Tax returns (ITR) and TDS computation/returns.

• Corporate & Secretarial Compliance:

  • Compliances for Pvt Ltd Companies, LLPs, Partnership firms, and Individuals.

  • Assisting with legal, ROC filing support, and secretarial documentation.

• Statutory Audits & Finalization:

  • Assisting in Income Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, and year-end account finalizations.

• Payroll & Labour Law Compliances:

  • Processing payroll and managing computations for PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT).

• Legal & Regulatory Support:

  • Coordinating and assisting in responses to notices, draft submissions, and related legal compliance tasks.
    

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:

  • B.Com Graduate (or equivalent Commerce background).

  • Undergraduates: Candidates currently pursuing their Commerce graduation are also eligible to apply.
    

• Key Skills Required:

  • Functional understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.

  • Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Office (Excel & Word).

  • Good analytical ability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
