Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Location: Dahanu, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

 Tally Accounting: Maintain daily accounting entries, sales, and purchase records

using Tally ERP 9.

 Data Entry & Filing: Perform accurate data entry of invoices, bills, and ledgers.

Maintain organized filing of all accounting and factory-related documents.

 Cheque Preparation: Prepare and maintain records for cheque payments and vendor

settlements.

 Petty Cash Handling: Manage petty cash for factory operations and maintain proper

vouchers and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Graduate in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

 2–5 years of experience in accounting or data entry roles, preferably in a

manufacturing/factory setup.

 Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel.

 Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations.

 Strong organizational and documentation skills.

 Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data and paperwork.

Work Schedule:

 6 days working (Monday to Saturday).

 Timings: 8:30 AM –Sharp reporting time.
