We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Mangla Hoists Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

• Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.

• Maintain customer and vendor accounts.

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

• Manage GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance.

• Verify invoices, bills, and vouchers.

• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.

• Prepare monthly reports and ledger statements.

• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors.

• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
