Job Description: Senior Accountant (Construction Industry)

Location:Any location, Candidates willing to relocate ( Female preferred)

Experience: 4 – 7 years

Industry: Construction

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and well-versed in industry-specific accounting operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Full cycle accounting and financial reporting

Preparation & verification of subcontractor bills

Project-wise accounting, material reconciliation, and site expense tracking

Preparation of MIS reports and financial summaries

Ensuring statutory compliance (GST , TDS, etc.)

Coordination with site teams and auditors

Leadership and mentoring of junior accounting staff

💡 Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and Google sheets , MIS preparation

Familiarity with construction-related accounting functions

Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards

Excellent communication and leadership skills
