Job Summary

Ecomalwa Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, maintain accounts, ensure statutory compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Prepare and file GST returns and related documentation.

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification.

• Generate invoices, purchase entries, and payment records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in audits and maintain statutory records.

• Monitor expenses and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ERP software.

• Knowledge of payroll processing.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
