Job Overview
We are looking for an Accountant who can independently handle day-to-day accounting work, GST-related activities, billing, bank entries, and regular financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation.
Maintain customer, vendor, debtor and creditor accounts.
Prepare and maintain outstanding payment and collection records.
Handle GST-related work, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Handle TDS-related entries and records.
Maintain proper accounting documents and financial records.
Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
Ensure accounting entries and records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
Experience in accounting.
Tally Prime knowledge is mandatory.
Good understanding of GST and basic TDS.
Knowledge of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Someone who has practical experience in day-to-day accounting, GST, Tally Prime, invoicing, bank reconciliation and vendor/customer accounts.
Salary: As per experience and skills.
