Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our growing real estate firm in Mulund. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting operations, along with hands-on experience in handling online compliance portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including entries, reconciliations, and reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance

Work on GST and TDS online portals for timely return filing

Generate invoices and manage billing processes

Maintain records of bills, payments, and receipts

Assist in audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector

Strong knowledge of GST and TDS (working and filing)

Hands-on experience with GST & TDS online portals

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar)

Good understanding of billing and invoice management

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate accounting practices

Basic knowledge of compliance and audit procedures
