Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with property buyers and sellers, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. You will serve as a key point of contact between clients and the company, helping to close deals and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new real estate clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts including property owners, investors, developers, and tenants.
Provide expert advice on real estate market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate property listings, showings, and negotiations.
Work closely with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Develop customized presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Track sales activity using CRM software and prepare regular reports for management.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend real estate events, conferences, and networking functions as a company representative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
