Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The role involves handling accounts, statutory compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations

● Handle accounts payable and receivable

● Prepare bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations

● Process invoices, payments, and expense entries

● Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

● Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and filings

● Ensure TDS compliance and timely return filings

● Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities

● Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

● Support budgeting, MIS, and management reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances

● Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime is mandatory)

● Proficiency in MS Excel

● Good communication and coordination skills

● High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Profile:

● Experience in handling audits and compliance independently

● Exposure to payroll processing and statutory deductions

● Experience in service or corporate industry
