Role - Sr. Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

➢ Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

➢ Tax Compliance: Prepare and file TDS and GST returns, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

➢ Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

➢ CFO Support: Provide assistance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients.

➢ Audit Preparation: Support statutory and internal audits by preparing necessary documentation and records.

➢ Software Utilization: Effectively use accounting software like Tally and other ERP systems for accurate financial tracking.

➢ Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to address queries related to accounting, taxation, and financial processes.

Qualifications

➢ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

➢ 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance roles.

➢ Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, with knowledge of advanced features like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

➢ Strong understanding of TDS, GST, and other regulatory requirements.

➢ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
