Accounts Executive – Pharma Manufacturing Company

Position: Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing/pharma company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance.

• Handle GST reconciliation and verify Input Tax Credit (ITC).

• Prepare and manage TDS calculations, returns and payments.

• Handle e-invoicing and e-way bills.

• Maintain purchase and sales invoices and verify their accuracy.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Bank reconciliation and regular checking of bank transactions.

• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in preparation of monthly/annual financial statements.

• Handle Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.

• Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, GST consultants and other statutory authorities when required.

• Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS and other statutory dues.

• Assist management with MIS reports and other accounting-related requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, returns and statutory compliance.

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.

• Experience in manufacturing/pharma industry will be preferred.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

• Should be accurate, responsible and able to work independently.

• Should be comfortable handling complete day-to-day accounting operations.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
