Position: Jr. Accountant

Qualification: Bachelor in Commerce or related to the same field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant (Fresher) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, excellent numerical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the accounting profession. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their career in accounting and finance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and financial record keeping.

·         Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and other financial documents.

·         Support in data entry and updating accounting records in ERP or accounting software.

·         Help in preparing financial statements and reports under supervision.

·         Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger management.

·         Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

·         Coordinate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

·         Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

·         Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.

·         Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

·         Good communication and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.
