Full Time
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Busy ERP and Tally Prime.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
Prepare and verify GST invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and e-way bills.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, and GST data preparation.
Perform bank reconciliation (BRS), cash book, and ledger reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
Maintain inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and production-related accounting entries.
Coordinate with stores, production, and dispatch teams for accurate inventory and financial records.
Assist in TDS calculations, statutory compliance, and audit documentation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense analysis, and financial reports using Excel.
Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Busy ERP and Tally Prime.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, e-way bills, and statutory compliance.
Good understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports).
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
