Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with prior exposure to manufacturing industry accounting. The candidate must be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, banking work, and preparation of monthly financial statements. This role is not suitable for freshers or entry-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently maintain complete books of accounts in Tally

• Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)

• Handle TDS calculation, filing, and returns

• Generate and manage E-way bills

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets for management review

• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions

• Handle bank-related work, including:

  • Filling cheques

  • Preparing and submitting NEFT / RTGS forms

  • Coordinating with banks for routine transactions

• Assist in working capital limit–related banking work (documentation, follow-ups, reporting)

• Prepare sales quotations as and when required

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience

• Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, and E-way bill processes

• Proven experience in maintaining books of accounts in Tally

• Ability to prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet independently

• Practical experience in banking documentation and coordination

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Com or equivalent qualification

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
